Coaching Philosophy
We help people get out of their own way by getting their focus off of themselves somewhat and onto the bigger picture. What impact do they want to have on the world? What do they want people to do after they’ve spoken? How do they want them to feel?
Our calling is to help people find and express their voice. We treat people the way we’d want to be treated, so we coach the way we’d like to be coached or helped or taught - with positivity, empathy, direct honesty, and praise.
With many years of coaching, we have honed our methods using feedback from coachees, success of their talks (i.e. YouTube or TED.com views and comments), and lots of practice. We can help you draw out your content and hone your ideas. That being said, we won’t work with you if your values are out of alignment with ours.
